Pilot was a wonderful young boy with a fabulous temperament, personality and willing to please attitude. 

We had high hopes in all areas of competition, as he loved to please and everything he tried he excelled at. His life was cut way too short at only 2 years old by complications from a quick and deadly phycomycosis infection.

Pilot had his Junior Hunter title, his Novice Retrieving Dog title, and his Canine Good Citizen. He needed only his majors to finish his breed championship and also had qualifying scores in agility as we had just started competing the week before his illness struck. He was also on course to enter obedience competition in January.

He was an absolutely fabulous buddy and housemate whom I miss terribly and always will.
