| Cashmere, a lab/weim mix, was one in a litter of puppies I rescued from a ditch. Surviving distemper, she was on medication to prevent seizures and also as a result of distemper had a very limited number of teeth. This subsequently led to one of her many nicknames "The Toothless Wonder". Cashmere was very smart dog, and excelled in both tracking and obedience. Once retired from competition, she had a daily game of soccer she liked to play with anyone who would join in. She was a very vocal dog, and always let you know when it was your turn. |
